CAPER Public Review
Comments on the draft 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) are being accepted through Dec. 17. View the draft online here in PDF format. The CAPER summarizes how funds were spent and accomplishments achieved from Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2025.
