Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Team Annual Report

The Bryan Police Department’s Drone Unit continued to expand its capabilities and operational impact throughout 2025, responding to a wide range of critical incidents including missing juveniles, evading suspects, search warrants, tactical operations, burglaries, major accidents, armed-subject calls, and community events. Drone deployments directly contributed to locating multiple suspects, supporting TRT entries, providing overwatch during high-risk operations, mapping crash scenes, and assisting outside agencies. The program demonstrated strong versatility with interior and exterior operations utilizing multiple drone models.
